Treatwell Reviews 2017
Treatwell traces its roots to its foundation back in 2008 in a London dining room table, where the idea behind the beauty booking platform was born. Technically, Treatwell offers a number of services on their official website, from beauty to styling to wellness appointments and everything in between that you’d need to look and feel great.
In our Treatwell reviews, we take a closer look into this website’s main services and features, as well as what reviewers think of them. We hope that these Treatwell reviews help.
Background, History, and More Information
Treatwell had become, according to Treatwell reviews, the largest hair and beauty booking website in Europe. It has more than 20,000 local partners and 500 staff members spread throughout Europe to serve customers. Whatever service you’re looking for, you can find one at a price range and time that suits your needs and will satisfy the vision you have of the end result of a great day at the spa and elsewhere.
Some of Treatwell’s most popular cities in the United Kingdom are featured at the bottom of their homepage, including London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Leeds. Lopo Champalimaud of McGill University is the Founder and CEO of Treatwell.
Reviews/ What Users Have to Say
The most recent Treatwell reviews on Trustpilot wrote: “Treatwell take a third of the cost of the treatment leaving the salon owner with very little profit and do very little to help salon get business. Poor customer service and now won’t close my account.”
Most of the negative Treatwell reviews pertain to the company’s dishonest practices. Business owners report that Treatwell displays the wrong prices or links to a business that doesn’t affiliate with them. Read the rest of the Treatwell reviews, here in this link.

Though there is a mix of Treatwell reviews online, I get the impression that this service is unprofessional. Treatwell has bad relationships with their businesses and has since displayed that they’re all about making profit and less on improving customer service.
