What Users Have to Say

Volotea Reviews 2017 passenger service

Volotea reviews on Airlinequality gave the airline a rating of 4 stars out of 10. “In general, this was a good flight thanks to the legroom (I’m 187), the friendliness of the staff and the clear communication the days before your flight. Negative things are the check in process where there is written on the website that when you don’t pay extra for the boarding pass you will have bad seats and will not sit together. Still, not too tactful to say this in this way” Most passengers’ flights were eventful though Volotea’s staff remained helpful and friendly and people liked the cleanliness and comfort of the plane, its punctuality, and the airline’s value for money.
